"HCSS Announces New Executive Classes for Annual User's Group Meetings"

Houston, TX, November 30, 2006 - HCSS has added a new Executive Series to its annual User's Group Meetings, where over 1000 users are expected the weekends of February 8-10 and February 22-24. The 2006 meetings welcomed a record-breaking 801 attendees, up 40 percent from the previous year.

HCSS has arranged two distinguished speakers to teach the Executive Series classes - Mike Murray and Gene Duckro. Mike Murray has assisted over 240,000 managers and corporate executives since 1973, and he will lead two enlightening workshops. "Change Management" is designed to help executives learn how to implement change into their company with positive results, and "Running Productive Meetings" focuses on how to run thought provoking, productive meetings. Gene Duckro, President of IRI, an international management consulting firm specializing in all aspects of human resources, will fascinate everyone with his interactive workshop "Extraordinary Leadership," Here, executives will examine common sense practical methods and techniques they will need to know for getting the best from employees. Topics will include attitude, teamwork, communications, listening, methods leaders use to make decisions, and the Keys to Extraordinary Leadership. Both speakers are extremely knowledgeable and HCSS is thrilled to present them.

"The addition of the executive series really enhances our User's Group Meetings, providing yet another take-away value for our customers' management teams," said Steve McGough, HCSS C.O.O. "Our classes on leadership and change management will provide construction executives with critical knowledge on how to deal with the real life business challenges they face every day."

The User's Group Meetings are held annually in February and benefit staff from all departments, including executives, estimators, project managers and IT staff. They consist of intensive classes covering a variety of topics within HeavyBid, HeavyJob and The Dispatcher, discussion groups and a general session. Attendees build a solid foundation of information from these in-depth sessions. During the general session, attendees meet all HCSS employees, learn what HCSS as a company is doing, outline future updates, and review the latest features in HCSS products. The development of HCSS products are crucial to users' input, thus questions and recommendations are encouraged. Essentially, the Saturday meeting attendees will map out the plan for future releases of HeavyBid, HeavyJob and The Dispatcher.

In addition to the educational benefits of the meetings, attendees will also enjoy social events. Thursday morning is the annual golf tournament, and that evening, a welcome reception provides a networking opportunity for contractors and HCSS staff. Saturday night, attendees will partake in a casino night coupled with an all-new All-Star experience complete with sports-themed games, where users can spend their winnings to buy merchandise at the HCSS General Store.

This years User's Group Meetings are February 8-10 and February 22-24 at the InterContinental Hotel in Houston. To register for the 2007 HCSS User's Group Meetings, visit www.hcss.com.
